"Le
Vieux Logis" restaurant is one of the best tables of the Lourdes
region.
The Chef proposes a local cuisine honouring the regional produce.
The vineyards surrounding Pau, dear to Henri IV, are also well represented
in the wine cellar.
Some of our specialities:
- Duck foie gras fried with spices and caramelised pear.
- Sole with ceps and Jurançon wine cream.
- Duck breast with Madiran wine and Dauphine potatoes.
- Foothill red fruit bake with a light cream.
It is possible to welcome big groups (150 persons) as the rooms of the
restaurant are spacious. At the same time, private lounges allow tête-à-tête
meals where the privacy of the evening is well protected.
